Service Description
Terms and Conditions for Renting Athletic Fields at Middle Valley Park Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of athletic fields at Middle Valley Park. By renting a field, the member agrees to these terms. Field Rental Agreement The fields are available for rental to both large groups and organizations for events, organized practices, and tournaments, subject to availability and approval by the park management. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. This includes disposing of all trash in the provided receptacles and leaving the field in the condition it was in upon arrival. Members must respect the property and equipment. Any damage to the field, equipment, or surrounding areas may result in additional charges or revocation of rental privileges. Use of Facilities The fields are to be used for athletic activities only. Any other use must be approved by park management in advance. Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. Safety and Conduct Members must adhere to all safety guidelines and conduct rules established by the park. This includes but is not limited to wearing appropriate athletic attire and using equipment safely and appropriately. The park reserves the right to remove any individuals who are not adhering to these rules or who are causing a disturbance. Liability Members assume all risks associated with the use of the athletic fields and agree to release Middle Valley Park and its employees from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time to be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that make the field unusable, the park will work with members to reschedule or provide a refund. Amendments Middle Valley Park reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted at the park or on the park's website. Acknowledgment By renting an athletic field at Middle Valley Park, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
